I do not encourage use of email to send me messages. Email messages often do not convey the feeling the sender intends because much communication between people occurs through tone of voice and facial expressions. Email strips these aspects of communicating from conversations. So much of the work I do involves this emotional side of communication, so I prefer face to face or at least voice to voice contact with people whenever possible.

Email is inherently insecure unless specific steps are used. Most email is sent unencrypted over the internet and the information in it can be obtained by and read by interested parties with sufficient knowledge of internet protocols. Using this form, your message will be encrypted from the computer you write it on to the computer I read it on, improving security of the message.
